AACC Fuel Economy Run Rules

AACC is hosting our first Fuel Economy Run. Sign up for this event will be available at Friday’s Tailgate Party and also Saturday’s Car and Truck Show.

The Fuel Economy Run will start for those participating right after the Awards Ceremony from the Car and Truck Show.

What is the Fuel Economy Run? The event is a friendly competition between like vehicles of same Cylinders to get the best MPG’s on a designated course through the back roads of the Hill Country.

After registration you will receive a map of the drive. To start you will proceed to the designated gas station. Please do not get out of your vehicle, you will be fueled by one of our members with your credit card and we will record your beginning mileage. After getting fuel you will then proceed with the drive.

At the end of the drive you will end at the same gas station to do the same as the start at the station. We will record your odometer reading and the amount of fuel used from that we will determine the top three winers in each of the three classes.
